The Online Naturopath Clinic offers a simple 3 step process to help you reach your health goals
1. Consult
Through a 1:1 consultation, we will get to know you and understand your health concerns and goals. By asking the right questions and taking a detailed case history, we will gain an insight into potential imbalances in your body.
2. Functional testing
Functional testing is recommended to further understand and confirm imbalances within the body. The test recommendations differ depending on your concerns, case history and our hypothesis with potential imbalances
3. Personalised treatment plan.
Based on your functional test results, we will implement a detailed, personalised treatment plan including nutritional medicine, herbal medicine and dietary and lifestyle recommendations to assist you in achieving your health goals and correcting imbalances within the body
Consultations
Initial consultation
90 minute initial consultations are available to be booked with or without having completed a complimentary discovery call.
An initial consultation involves a detailed case history and a 'plan of action' including prescription of any relevant function testing kits and supplements.
These will shipped to your residential (or business) address, to simplify the process.
Please ensure all paperwork is completed prior to this consultation.
Report of findings consultation
60 minute function testing findings consultations are able to be booked after completing an initial consultation.
This consultation involves a comprehensive explanation of your functional test results and how these results are relevant to you.
During this consultation, we will come up with a plan of action to correct imbalances within your body which have been confirmed via testing.
Treatment plans are individualised to suit you in regards to finances, time frames, motivation and health goals.
Complimentary discovery consultation
30 minute Discovery consultations are for new clients only. this consult is designed to gain an understanding of natural medicine and how we can help you with your health concerns and goals.
We will ask you several questions to gain a basic understanding into your health, provide you with our insights and explain the likely functional pathology tests we would recommend and what treatment would likely involve.
Follow up consultation
45 minute follow up consultations are designed to ensure that you are on the right track and that your body is responding well to treatment.
Time frames vary, however we recommend booking a follow up consultation every 3-4 weeks after starting on the corrective care treatment plan.
